Martin Schaefer joined Engel & Voelkers in 2009.
With over seventeen years experience in the real estate market, including six years as licensed agent for Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach, Martin Schaefer offers a wide array of expertise in the residential real estate business.
Living in Wellington with his wife Sylvia and their four boys since 2003, Martin is particularly familiar with the real estate market of Palm Beach County.
As German Liaison for Engel & Voelkers, Palm Beach, Martin Schaefer is also specialized in consulting German speaking clients in the Palm Beach area.
Martin Schaefer has a degree in business administration from BA Mannheim/ Heidelberg and an architectural background from the advanced technical college in Munich, Germany. He is a member of a variety of international organizations and serves on the boards of several foundations. His prior career path led him to Sotheby’s International Realty, Siemens-Nixdorf, Deutsche Bank (Corporate Finance) and HVB Real Estate.
Martin Schaefer is also the owner of MSPIV, a private real estate management and rental business in Germany. He also serves as chairman of the “Dr. Otto Schaefer Foundation” in Schweinfurt, Germany; an organization supporting youth sport clubs.
